On September 14 at 10 a.m. PDT, Apple is set to announce the iPhone 13. According to reports, the iPhone 13 is expected to be released on Friday, September 24.
So far, this has been confirmed. Analyst Dan Ives predicted earlier this year that the iPhone 13 would be released on September 24, 2021, according to The Wall Street Journal. We know for sure that Mr. Ives’ dates are accurate: the iPhone 13 event is scheduled for September 14, and the new iPhones for 2021 will be released on September 24. This was also supported by the fact that Apple holds its annual iPhone announcement event in September, with the announced iPhone series typically shipping ten days later.
In recent years, the only exception was last year, when manufacturing and shipping, as well as other key processes that companies must go through in order to release a product, were hampered by unforeseen challenges. The iPhone 13 release date is not expected to be delayed this year, especially now that the iPhone 13 announcement event has been officially scheduled.
1. iPhone 13 release date:
The iPhone 13 is likely to be announced on September 14. A new Apple device is almost certain to be announced on that date, as Apple is hosting an event.
2. iPhone 13 price:
Some reports suggest that the iPhone XS and XS Max will cost about the same. While the iPhone 12 mini, which was the cheapest of the 2020 iPhones, was priced at $699, the iPhone 12 Pro Max went for $1,099, and the iPhone 12 Plus was priced at $1,849. These screens will have a smoother image than the previous iPhones. Aside from that, we’re expecting each handset to have a display that’s always on.
6. Camera:
Both of Apple’s iPhone Pro handsets may get a new ultra-wide camera. On the other hand, the iPhone 13 Pro may get an upgraded telephoto camera, and some leaks suggest that LiDAR could be present on all four models to give you a better sense of depth. Improvements to the video recording software, including a new Portrait mode, are also expected.
7. Specs:
However, according to current reports, each of these handsets will be powered by the A15 chip. Also, it’s widely believed that Apple will release a 1TB iPhone in 2021, allowing for the largest iPhones ever.
8. Battery:
There will be bigger batteries in 2021’s iPhone models if the biggest iPhone 13 leak is accurate. The iPhone 13 is expected to have a 3,095mAh battery, compared to the iPhone 12’s 2,805mAh. I don’t know. A longer-lasting iPhone 13 is what you can expect compared to previous models.

9. iPhone 13 Touch ID or Face ID?
There has been a rumor that Apple may finally be ready to introduce a fingerprint scanner under the display. Already, this technology can be found in many of the best Android phones. Apple is reportedly considering it as an alternative to Face ID.
According to well-known Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, however, the feature will be available in some 2022 iPhones (iPhone 14), so it’s unlikely to be available in the iPhone 13. Apple is rumored to be testing a form of Face ID that works with masks and foggy glasses, but we wouldn’t count on seeing it anytime soon.
10. iPhone 13 Software:
Fortunately, we already know a lot about the iPhone 13’s software, since it’ll run iOS 15, and Apple has already announced the next-generation software. Many FaceTime improvements are included in iOS 15, including the ability to join calls via a web link that Android users can access, as well as spatial audio and voice isolation, which will be available in iOS 15. 11. Many reasons exist to suggest that the next iPhone will not be dubbed “iPhone 13”. One of the main reasons is that it appears to be a relatively modest upgrade over the iPhone 12.
12. The iPhone 12s and iPhone 12s Pro could be renamed to reflect this. In recent years, we have not seen Apple use the “S” suffix to denote minor upgrades. At least one leak refers to the upcoming phones as having the “S” suffix.
It’s also possible that Apple wants to avoid using the number 13 in a new iPhone because it’s considered unlucky in many countries, including the United States. In any case, renaming this year’s phones “iPhone 12s” doesn’t solve Apple’s 13-problem; it just delays the inevitable.
